Any price estimations provided via our inquiry system are "Indicative Only." Binding contracts are only established upon the issuance of an official Proforma Invoice (PI) by our authorized sales department.

03 / Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All legal disputes arising from this website will be adjudicated within the competent courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong.
